e.hormone 2002 featured an opening session titled East and West Study Hormones, chaired by Dr. Akira Arimura, Professor of Neuroendocrinology at Tulane University. The overall symposium's theme was building mutual understanding of and global approaches to the shared issue of endocrine disruption.

e.hormone 2002 was our premiere cultural and scientific event session, with: junior investigator presentations; comprehensive poster session (over 70 posters); three evening events featuring live new orleans music; and formal and informal collaborative networking opportunities.
