Cancellation
Written notification of cancellation must be received
on or before March 21, 2008 by mail or fax (504-988-1779)
for a full refund of the registration fee minus a $75
administrative fee. A 50% refund will be granted with
written notification postmarked or faxed March 21, 2008. Refund requests after March 21, 2008 will
not be granted.
Tulane University Health Sciences Center reserves the
right to cancel this activity if there are insufficient
registrants. Full refunds would be made in that event.
However, Tulane University Health Sciences Center is not
responsible for any related costs or expenses including
cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines.. |
